Go to the 'mail' icon in your control panel and double click to open

Select 'show profiles'

At the bottom, set the option to not prompt for profile and use the existing

Subject: [mso] Outlook sign in

I am using outlook 2003 on my pc as well as on my laptop. On the laptop the

software was a 2003 office professional install however on my desktop the

software has been an upgrade of office to the latest 2003 version.

When I start outlook I am prompted about which profile to use. However there

is only one profile and I cannot find any way to get rid of this prompt.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Ian Elliott
