Hey John...I'm not sure if this will help you, but I did find one
message on the outlook forum at MS Newsgroups that refers to
excheim.dll....and here it is:

It definitely seems to be related to moving more messages than Outlook
can handle at one time. (If you click on the link at the upper right of
this forum post that shows you all three messages in this thread, you
will see Outlook MVP Sue Mosher's reply at the end)

I decided to reorganize all the folders I keep my work email in this
afternoon, and when I would select all the messages in a folder that was
maybe 200+ emails, and try to move them to another folder, Outlook would
lock up with 2 error messages, both saying the same thing and
referencing 2
different dll's... the first one was something to the following extent -
"The add-in "ExchEIM.dll" could not be installed or loaded". Goes on to
say
something about detect and repair and the system is out of memory.
