[mso] Outlook problem

I decided to reorganize all the folders I keep my work email in this
afternoon, and when I would select all the messages in a folder that was
maybe 200+ emails, and try to move them to another folder, Outlook would
lock up with 2 error messages, both saying the same thing and referencing 2
different dll's... the first one was something to the following extent -

"The add-in "ExchEIM.dll" could not be installed or loaded". Goes on to say
something about detect and repair and the system is out of memory.

If I only selct maybe 20-30 messages at a time it works fine. Detect and
repair didn't fix it. The error just repeatedly pops up when you click OK.
Task manager won't come up so I can kill Outlook, and
Start->Shutdown->Restart does nothing either. I have to do a hard power
cycle to get back to a working system.

I did a search for the message above and for ExchEIM.dll on Google and the
MSKB and found nothing on either site, literally nothing.

ANy thoughts or problems you've experienced similar to this?

This is O2k2, on a P4 1.7ghz 512mb ram system, running XP SP1, and Office
2k2 SP2.
