[mso] Re: Outlook filter problem

I have 2007.  My rules imported just fine from 2003 and worked without any
other action on my part so they should be pretty much the same.  

If she doesn't have the stop processing more rules in the rule, it could be
that the email is meeting the criteria for two rules and perhaps that is why
she is seeing this behavior.

I don't use 2007 so don't know what should be there, but I'd normally expect

to see a "stop processing more rules" in a rule.
