May I suggest that you install Micro Trend Anti Spam 1.1 you can block any
sender in whatever language.

Is there a way to create a filter/rule in Outlook to eliminate email by
language?  We get a bucket load of email everyday from arab countries.
We can't read it so we delete it.  It would be helpful to just delete it
