[mso] Re: Outlook constantly prompting for password

I can't speak for Graham, but in my case, it has nothing to do with my
e-mail server being down because as soon as I click OK, the send/receive
works and I often receive mail. I never seem to have trouble sending mail.

I have experienced this problem as well. I believe it has to do with you ISP
mail server being down. It usually goes away after a while.
