[mso] Re: Outlook XP question - distribution list

The thing is, this one is the only one causing that problem.  She has at
least a half dozen other distribution lists of the same type, and they
all open without issue.  So I don't think it can be read-only, unless
each list can have its own properties independent of other distribution
lists in the same public folder.
