Yes. My solution is to prefix the fax number with the word fax:...
Eg:
Business fax field: fax: (07) 5561-0033
This will prevent outlook from offering this "address" when sending an
email.
Thanks=20

Subject: [mso] Outlook (XP) addressing
When I write a person's address into any address field , and hit CTRL K
, I get a few options to choose from=20
If for someone I added in a Fax number , than his E_mail will appear as
well as a separate entry for his FAX .=20
Any Idea how to tell outlook that you still can't send an E_mail to a
fax machine , so no use to Bring it up at all ??=20
Thanks in advance for the help=20
