[mso] Outlook (XP) addressing

When I write a person's address into any address field , and hit CTRL K
, I get a few options to choose from 

If for someone I added in a Fax number , than his E_mail will appear as
well as a separate entry for his FAX . 

Any Idea how to tell outlook that you still can't send an E_mail to a
fax machine , so no use to Bring it up at all ??
