Corey... It's the one thing that SP1 DOES fix....other than that, I
don't know what else to tell you.

But....I thought you had SP1?  I haven't seen the problem once since I
installed SP1

I remember ages ago, someone having problems with Outlook XP not
filtering rules correctly when Outlook is first opened.

I'm having the same problem occasionally, but I can't figure out how to
solve it. Is there a solution out there?
