[mso] Outlook XP Filter Failure

Hi All,

I remember ages ago, someone having problems with Outlook XP not
filtering rules correctly when Outlook is first opened.

I'm having the same problem occasionally, but I can't figure out how to
solve it. Is there a solution out there?
