Not sure of all the details, but this is an addin for managing contacts from
the Small Business version, I believe. You should check with your system
admin before you remove anything. If you are your own admin, then click
Tools/Options/Other/Advanced and check the Addins and COM Manager and try
removing any addins you don't need.

However, you might want to hit F1 for Help and read up on this app before
you remove it????

Good luck!

Subject: [mso] Outlook XP

I encounter a message every time I start Outlook XP which is titled "Small
Business Customer Manager" and says "Some files added to Outlook contain
macros. Be sure to click enable Macros when prompted to ensure that
Customer Manager functions correctly." There is only an OK button so I'm
not sure how to disable this message. When I try to send files from word or
other program that would use Outlook the email doesn't get sent because this
message stops the process.

Any clues as to how to disable this message? What is the Customer Manager
for?
