[mso] Outlook Web mail is strange

I use Outlook exchange at work..we have web access that I use at home

..for about a week now I have had a strange problem with web mail that no 
one seems to know how to fix (or has seen before)....web mail works fine..I 
can receive mail and read it..but I can NOT use the composition window.

if I hit reply/forward or new..there is what looks like a missing image in 
the body of the email (like this http://www.cbsites.com/misc/outlook.jpg ) 
if I hit the insert signature button...I get a page not found

anyone know what causes this??
