[mso] Outlook Web Access 2003 question

Using OWA on Exchange 2003, I'm trying to write a new message to a
contact in the Public Folders company contacts folder. In OWA, I go to
public folders, open up the person I want to email to, and the icon for
"new message to contact" is grayed out. Also the public folder
addresses aren't in the dialog box that comes up when I click on the
"To" button in the blank message. Does anyone know how to get this to
work?

Thanks,
Elise
