[mso] Outlook Shutting Down Taking a Long Time

Frequently, perhaps usually, when I shut down Outlook it takes a long time (10
min or more) to completely stop.

The window closes, but if I look in the task manager window, it is still
running.

Anyone have any idea what it is doing?
