Rose,
Have you installed both SP1 and SP2 for Office XP?
The latter does fix a lot of issues with rules, but you must install SP1
first.
Regards

:Hi,
:
:I have a small problem. I had to reinstall Windows XP
:pro and so I
:formatted my hard drive. When I reinstalled Office XP
:pro my rules were
:not working. I had to set them all again and for a time
:they seemed to
:work. Now all of a sudden they aren't working again. I
:did a detect
:and repair but that didn't help.
:
:Is there anything I can do to make them work without
:uninstalling the
:Office program and reinstalling it?
