I'm using Outlook 2002. I have the junk email filter turned on and set to
move junk email to the junk email folder. It is the 2nd rule, right after
the adult content rule. I currently have a situation where there is junk
email coming in on one of my lists, I think it's an auto responder, but
since it's in a foreign language I can't tell. Anyway, although it process
through the junk email rule and moves the message to the junk email folder,
it continues to process the other rules, and it meets the criteria for my
list rule, so it also moves a copy to that folder. Is there a way to get
Outlook to stop processing other rules if something meets the junk email
rule. I went to the rules wizard and it won't let me modify the junk email
rule to instruct it to stop processing other rules.
Thanks,
Christine
