[mso] Outlook Rules Errors

Outlook 2003's rules engine never worked well for me, but it did work to
some extent. Suddenly today, I got a message that said that most of my rules
had errors and must be modified or deleted. Has anyone heard of this
problem? Do I need to delete and re-create all my rules?
