[mso] Outlook: Rejected email

Hello all,  Hope someone can help me.  I'm having some emails rejected =
for
various reasons and I can't figure out how to correct the problems. =20

First, some emails are being accepted and some rejected by AOL.  Same =
"to
address" rejects some emails and accept others.  Does anyone have an =
ideas
the best way to trouble shoot this problem?  Is there another group that
specializes in this?  I've tried typing in the reason into Google, but =
have
had no success in identifying or solving the problem.

Second, my emails are setup to be sent plain text.  I just got the =
following
response on an email I sent this morning.

<kenv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>:
The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character =
sets.

A little later in the mail this was listed:

"Message-ID: <002c01c5943e$d3aada80$e801a8c0@Jimnew>
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain;
        charset=3D"windows-1250"

Which I thinks shows that it was sent plain text.

Any ideas on solving these issues would be appreciated.
