[mso] Re: Outlook / Outlook Express

Rajesh we won't be able to answer anything related to OE here - you should
be aware of that.

In Outlook, this should only happen when you are trying to quite the
program.  What you may be experiencing is when you try to close an email
that hasn't been "sent" - that is, you haven't clicked the "send" button.

Outlook is merely prompting you to decide whether you wish to cancel sending
the email.

There are two things going on here - please give us more information so that
we know which problem we are trying to solve.
