[mso] Re: Outlook No Tracking Tab in Sent Mail

I did a little more testing and found that if I go into the "Read Receipts"
folder and OPEN each of the receipts, then I get the tab. Does anyone know
a way to make the files automatically open? I didn't see a way to do a rule
to make that happen. But if I have to open each receipt, it defeats the
purpose of having them go to the folder so that they are out of the way.

Subject: [mso] Outlook No Tracking Tab in Sent Mail

When I send an email requesting a read receipt, normally the sent message
has a tracking tab. Recently, I created a rule to process read receipts and
then move them to a "Read Receipt" folder in my inbox. Now, the sent emails
do not show a tracking tab.
I tried a few samples of sending emails to myself and found that when I
didn't use the rule, I would get a tab. Is there a reason I don't get the
tab when the receipts are processed and then moved to a folder? Also, if I
sent a message in plain text rather than html, I didn't get the tab.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks,
Jenny
