[mso] Re: Outlook Journal

Hey! Thanks for that Linda! I discovered "why" it didn't allow me to print
(the INBOX) was because I had a message highlighted. It just wanted to
preview the highlighted message. Learn something new everyday is a good
motto!

"You can't print out your INBOX"

Sure you can...just go to File>Print, while in the Inbox and choose "Table
Style", then click the Preview button....you'll see you can print a listing
of everything that's in your inbox

However, I don't really use the journal and mine is empty, so I'm not sure
how to achieve what Dale wants.

Dale, the Journal is a "diary" of all the activities performed by you within
MS Office. It is similar to the list of email messages arriving in your
INBOX. You can't print out your INBOX, nor can you print out the JOURNAL. If
you click on your individual, regular contacts and open their record, you
will see that there is a tab for ACTIVITIES. If you click on that, Outlook
searches for all the items connected with that contact. Depending on how you
configure it, you can have it show as many varied items as you wish.
