[mso] Re: Outlook Journal

Dale, the Journal is a "diary" of all the activities performed by you within
MS Office. It is similar to the list of email messages arriving in your
INBOX. You can't print out your INBOX, nor can you print out the JOURNAL. If
you click on your individual, regular contacts and open their record, you
will see that there is a tab for ACTIVITIES. If you click on that, Outlook
searches for all the items connected with that contact. Depending on how you
configure it, you can have it show as many varied items as you wish.

Subject: [mso] Outlook Journal

I have Outlook 2002 SP3 and have just discovered the "Journal". I have been
unable to find a way to print a hard copy of just the journal listings for a
certain time period i.e. print a list of the phone calls, e-mails, and
documents for the current week. This would be a great way to track my work
activities. I guess I could do a screen shot and print that, but I would
think there might be a better way.
Could someone point me to a book or tutorial which would help me to get the
most use out of the journal?

Thanks

Dale
