[mso] Outlook- How to run the Startup Wizard *again*

Hello,

I just signed up, and hope you can help me with what might be a rather unusual
question.

I'm trying out Office 2003 beta.

When I install and run Outlook for the first time, the Startup Wizard
runs automatically, which is fine.

Now, I want to see this Startup Wizard once again.
(I want to take screen captures this time, and see how the wizard
proceeds with different options under different conditions, etc.)

I delete the whole Office 2003 program from the Add/Delete Programs
Control Panel ---this is not the exact name, but you get the idea. I'm
using the Japanese version of Win XP ---, restart, and then reinstall
the program, having to enter the product key again.

I run Outlook again, but the PC does not treat it as being run for the
first time; no Startup Wizard.

I tried deleting various files in the following directories before
reinstalling, without luck;
 C:\Documents and Settings\y-ichikawa\Application Data\Microsoft\Office
 C:\Documents and Settings\y-ichikawa\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
 C:\Documents and Settings\y-ichikawa\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

I know I can see the Startup Wizard again by initializing my hard disk,
but I want to avoid this, obviously, unless there is no other way.

Does anyone know a way? Editing or deleting a certain registry, perhaps?

TIA,
