Do they DISCLOSE this in their terms of service?

If not, I believe you should sue them. 

I also believe that someone should begin a list of such hosts . . .
hosts that are clueless . . . and publicise it widely!

Finally, I think you should leave them as a host, tell them why and tell
them that you intend to tell everyone you know.


If there are no consequences, why shouldn't they steal your email?
