[mso] Outlook 2003: Exporting Contacts to CSV

I seem to have a problem when trying to export Contacts to CSV. I select
Import/Export, then Export to File, then Windows CSV (the same happens with
DOS, though). The next screen, in which I am asked to select a folder to
export, is blank and the Next button is greyed out.
In other respects my contacts folder appears to work as I would expect, in
that I can use it to address messages (though there are some addresses which
seem to reside in a grey memory area and which I can use by typing the first
few letters though they don't appear to exist in my contacts folders). That
is another issue, however. My main concern is to export my address book to
a CSV file.
