Hi dizzy I've never used FrontPage to make signatures for Outlook mail so I don't know why the spacing looks different in FP than it does in Outlook....but here's what I would try: Highlight all the text in the signature in FP, then go to Format>Paragraph and make sure ALL of the spacing boxes are set to zero (0) ... See if that fixes it Also, in FrontPage, you can set the default spacing for paragraphs in a very similar manner as you do in Word....click on the Format Menu and choose Style...in there, click on the dropdown at the bottom and choose HTML tags, then scroll thru the list and click on "body"...then click on the New button...then click on the Format button and choose Paragraph and make your changes there...this will make it the default paragraph style for anything within your Body tags. I have OL sigs (created in FP02 via the OL advanced edit feature). I want them single spaced, with no space above or below each line. They look fine in FP, but when I insert them into the email they appear double spaced, or with space above &/or below. This is driving me nutzoid, and it's a very short trip. 2. How does one change the default settings in FP02, especially for paragraph?
