Never tried these (cos' I don't use archives, but rather just drag over
excess into a yearly PST for old mail), but here's some links that have been
recommended throughout the MS Newsgroups...

And here's the main list of OL addins from Slipstick (the premiere OL MVP
site)

Subject: [mso] Outlook (2002, SP3) - removal of duplicates
Hi all
I was doing some file management yesterday and reorganised my archiving
and PST systems. In the process, I discovered that I have a huge number
of duplicates in some of the archive folders, which of course means that
the files are inflated as a consequence. Does anybody know of an addin
(or horror of horrors VBA!!!) that can be applied to folders to remove
such duplicates? I would be enormously grateful!
TIA
Anne
