[mso] Outlook 2000 stopped filtering?

I added one filter to my Outlook, which had several filters already. I
realized I should probably sort the filters, so I moved them up and down
until they were all sorted alphabetically.
Now, +nothing+ goes where I wanted them. Is there a setting I turned off
somewhere? How is this corrected? I am hoping remaking all the filters isn?t
the first solution!
