[mso] Outlook 2000 personalfolders.pst full, what to do?

Hello.  Can anyone tell me how to fix a full personalfolder.pst in Outlook 
2000.  I've hit the 2 meg barrier and can't do anything, not even delete.  I've 
heard there is a way to move the file to another directory or whatever so it 
won't be limited by the 2 meg cap.  Any suggestions?  If that won't work, will 
moving to Outlook 2003 or 2007 help?  Many, many thanks to whomever can help.
