[mso] Outlook 2000 outllib.dll

I'm sorry...I knew I forgot something!  I have Outlook
2000.  And I also forgot to mention that I tried
renaming the OUTLLIB.DLL the file with no luck.  

By the way, this is a fantastic forum...I have learned
SO much already from the postings!
