[mso] Outlook 2000 .PST help...

I created a 117MB .PST file from my work pc. I want to import the
contents
into my home pc, both computers use Outlook 2000. Everytime I try to
import
the data, I get errors stating something about the rules are not in
place, I
am not authorized to perform the specified function...etc.
Any suggestions?
