Maybe, but personally...if I had a boss who felt the need to checkup on
me...I'd quit.

Oh, and as a boss, if I had an employee that I couldn't trust to do their
job without checking up on them...I'd fire them!

But that's just me. I have a LOW tolerance for incompetence. ;-)
