You reply to your mail. As the original poster pointed out some do not, and
claim they did not get any the mail as an excuse for selectively refusing to
read and follow the directions contained therein.
The manager of a business does have the right to know when a subordinate
receives the instructions.
Spammers do not have the right to know.
