Right...I figured that's what it is (I install that addin first thing,
whenever I install Outlook, so I couldn't remember if I had that tab before
I installed the addin LOL)...but, for Steven, it DOES give you a checkbox to
"read all mail in plain text", and it's free

It also gives you total control over what attachments you DO and DO NOT want
to receive...I highly recommend it.

That sounds like Ken Slovak's "Attachment Options" add-in.  It creates an
options tab called "Attachment Security & Options".
