Bill...are you using Windows XP? I believe that page uses java
if you are using Windows XP, the latest version does not include Java.
Because of Microsoft's legal dispute with Sun Java, they are no longer
allowed to include it with Windows, so if you don't see the want java, you
will have to download Sun Java for free from here:
http://java.com/en/index.jsp
