[mso] One more thing to try... OUTLLIB.DLL Outlook 2000 (again)

Kameon..I just thought of something...try this:
Go to your Start button and click on Run
Type regsvr32 outllib.dll in the run box and hit enter...see if you can
open Outlook
If not, go back to the Run box and type regsvr32 msvcrt40.dll and hit
enter....see if you can open Outlook
If neither of these things work, then I really am out of ideas....I
would say, uninstall Office, run the Office Eraser utilities, then
reinstall Office.
You can get the eraser utilities from the links at my website here:

Ok...I guess you can't rename that msvcrt40.dll cuz windows is using it.
What version of Windows are you using? If it's 98, go to the Start
button and click on Run...then type SFC in the run box...this will take
you to the system file checker....choose to replace one file (don't let
it check for all files...just choose one)....choose msvcrt40.dll and
tell it to replace it from the Office CD
I sure wish someone else would jump in here....cuz I'm flat out of ideas
if this doesn't work.
Good luck
Linda
