[mso] Office Install Problem

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to install MS Office on an XP Machine and the setup hangs and then
there is an error that the setup has abeen terminated prematurely and then
error 2755 and says to contact product support. This is a fresh install of
Office and I searched Google, but to no avail. Please.... can someone help me!
I looked up MS Knowledge base but their fix..well doesn't.
