[mso] Office 2003 upgrade

When attempting to uprade from Office 2000 to Office 2003, the program not 
installing where it has been indicted (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office), but 
is trying to install on it's CD (d:). i have installed all sp for 2000. Any 
suggestions?
