Could that be my problem? I did this a long time ago and just back to
working on it but the master was made I think if I remember like this from
QUE Book.

Creating a blank Doc  then with a page break  then a link to the doc  until
I had it all together . Every thing works well except the index? I do not
need a TOC  just a index   but that should not make the difference??   Read
the article!  Well done but I still don't see the problem.
