[mso] Office 2000

Here is my problem!
I have a book done with a index some 1400 pages.
I have it broken down in two files one about 800 pages and the other  is the
balance.
And also I have it broken down in 100 page sets.!
Now when I built a master page for the 100 page sets, and all the goodies!
When I build a index it is messed up. Anything that was in the second file
is indexed also .
As you can tell anyone over about 880?  I think is where the break was in
the files?
