call me what you want. just dont call me late for dinner <grin>.

i agree it should be automatic. unfortunately it is not. i am forever 
changing font when pasting between Word documents. and pasting into Outlook 
when the text already has bullets caused hassles too.

not much help, i know, but at least you are not the only one.
