Dian and Linda, sorry for this off-topic response, but I felt I needed to 
respond to Camille's response. 

Camille, install an encryption program on your machine like PGP, and encrypt 
your sensitive files. If someone gets on your machine and copies files or if 
your machine is a laptop and it get's stolen (gasp!!), it's your responsibility 
to protect your sensitive information.
