And along these same lines....we need to remember that this is email and
often things can be misinterpretted or taken the wrong way...some of us =
who
are busy, sometimes answer with short, blunt answers which can be seen =
as
"smug" or "rude" when they were not intended that way...I'm thinking of =
me
and Dian who can sometimes come off "b*tchier" than we really are....and =
of
course, theres Hal Cardona....who is very busy....I always laugh when I =
see
someone who sends an email to a group that's about fifteen paragraphs =
long
with lots of detail and ends with a question like "Is this possible?" =
and
good ol' Hal replies "Yes" LOL
Anyway, I wrote an editorial about this for my newsletter which I think =

So....let's remember this is email and doesn't include body language and
