[mso] OT- Linda. HELP!

I know this is OT but every time I try to send a message to CHAD I get the 
following-

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by 
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 
'http://www.computer-help-and-discussion.com/'. Subject 'System Restore?', 
Account: 'pop3.email.msn.com', Server: 'smtp.email.msn.com', Protocol: SMTP, 
Server Response: '501 5.5.4 Invalid Address', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, 
Server Error: 501, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
