[mso] OT Jan's sp*m program (was Corrupted Word Doc?)

Well...I went to that damn site EVERY month for the past five months or so
and it said "thanks. You will never have to do this again" but sure enuf,
every month I had to go back there.

Just an FYI, Jan....lots of people will not do this becuz they feel this
service is actually harvesting THEIR email addresses....I guess you missed
that whole rant in ABC becuz you weren't receiving it....and I assume you
never saw the thread in another group (maybe an Excel group?) where EVERY
member of the group was getting these mails from you whenever they posted
and they were VERY angry...and the moderator said he removed and banned you
because of this...you were pretty hot news in there for a while LOL

Personally, I prefer Spam Inspector, which is the anti-spam program I use,
becuz it makes ME do the work...I do not expect others to have to go to some
website to be able to send me mail...that should be MY responsibility, not
theirs

Sorry to the members for this OT rant...it's a pet peeve of mine...and
sorry, Jan, if this offends you...I appreciate your need to block spam, but
I just think there are better alternatives...just my opinion

But, now that I think of it, I think I remember members of THIS group
getting mails from you too and complaining

Ooops! Sorry, Linda. I did put this MSO list on the approves, but forgot ABC
(obviously). You should only have to approve once - or better yet, just
ignore and the message would stay in my Unverified folder for me to approve.
But I'll go take care of that right now. 
Sorry for the hassle, but it sure is nice to be able to delete all the ugly
spam stuff with one click.
