[mso] O2K3 problems after updates?

(Trying again...)

I'm seeing Outlook problems on various client PCs since the recent round of
M$ updates.

Things like mail not coming in or sending for long periods of time, then
fixing itself.

Anyone else seeing or heard of this?  If so, is there a fix (other than
system restore to before the updates)?
