That, or a filter he has recently installed or set up or is the default.
Warning to anyone who changes their mail address with MSO: make sure that
(in webmail) you understand and set up filters correctly ... some mail
servers will automatically mark as spam any address which is not in your
address book. If you are then POP3ing via Outlook, those messages may not
get downloaded.
