Sorry...the first thing I did was turn the Norton Office addin OFF. VBA is "code" not script...so I doubt there's a problem. I know there are macro anti virus programs that rip it out when sysadmins go nuts...cos' one tried to do it to me until I explained to the genius that it was my JOB TO SEND VBA code in documents to clients!!<sigh> Script can run in emails...but VBA needs a host application. True, Outlook could do it if they wrote to the Outlook object...but I know it has some restrictions??? Greg would know more about Outlooks object model. But I've never had problems sending VBA code...except that once. Dian, Greg, Vic, Hal, or anyone else who might know this...feel free to jump in here also if you have any documentation on this. I don't use Norton so I don't know...but I think Vic told me that there was some documentation somewhere about this and I would like to have it as a resource for questions on this list if they come up.
