Click on Tools, Options, Other and check mark the box next to Make Outlook the default mail client. =20 I've never tried to import from MSN, but if you can export your MSN address book to something I'm guessing that Outlook can read it. If you go to file, Import, it will give you the import file type options. I would look through those, see what types it can accept and then determine what you can do on the MSN side.
